There will be additional monies collected for prepaid items such as per diem interest, hazard/homeowner's insurance premium (1 year), and tax (2-5 months) and haz insurance (2 months) escrow deposits. These monies collected will be the same regardless of the lender you choose.
*The items with an asterik are usually associated with a purchase transaction only. These are not required by the lender, however a homebuyer may find that ordering these inspections are in their best interest.
